Mr Collins Osugo, Founder/CEO
Collins N. Osugo is the man with the vision, and also an inspiring leader, he graduated with an MBA inTechnology Management from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University BAUCHI and HND in Computer Science from Yaba College of Technology and has attended several professional trainings from Harvard Business School, others reputable institutions such as Enterprise architecture (TOGAF), ITIL4 (Axelos), project management, leadership, people management, negotiation, etc.
He started his career as a senior software developer and grew to become a Senior System Engineer before moving to the banking industry for 15 years where he retired as the CIO of FCMB bank with a branch network of 207 with 167 staff in IT, in 31st December 2020. Collins is an energetic and talented manager with vast experience in Information Technology, Enterprise Applications, Business Continuity Management, Enterprise Architecture, Business Automation, Project Management and Consultancy services, Business engagement and great implementer of IT policies and processes to drive service delivery.
He fully understands the infrastructure that powers a financial institution for cost reduction and efficiency purposes and is responsible for leading the development and execution of E-OneGroup’s long-term Strategy. His notable achievements is his swift understanding abilities and early identification of potential problems which stems fromh is vast exposure to different IT environments.
Mr Peter Obaseki, Adviser
B.Sc Computer Sciences, M Sc Computer Sciences/Management Information Systems, MBA Finance, all from University of Lagos. Associate Chartered Institute of Bankers(ACIB), elected Fellow Chartered Institute of Bankers(FCIB), Pioneer Head of IT, Fidelity Union Merchant Bank, now Fidelity Bank, Senior Credit Officer (SCO), Appointed Executive Director Corporate Banking 2008, Managing Director/Chief Executive First Inland Bank 2011.
Pioneer Managing Director FCMB Group PLC, retired into Consulting, encompassing Financial, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Core Investors Transactions, Corporate Restructuring and Governance.
Joshua Ajayi-Majebi, Lead Engineer
Joshua Ajayi-Majebi is a software engineer and tech-entrepreneur. He has experience building world class software, delivering product and leading product teams across spaces and industries including Ed-tech, fintech, health and safety, fashion, food and drinks and entertainment. He has a keen eye for great design and is excellent at product delivery.
Joshua is great at matching business and market needs with product deliverables. He works with various tools and technologies to deliver time critical and robust software at scale. He considers himself a polyglot of tools, technologies and languages. Kaizen is his ethos.
